Most student jobs are priced on time and van size, so the total comes down to how much there is, which floor it is on and how far apart the two addresses are. Sharing a booking with housemates is usually the single biggest saving available.
Yes, and it is worth doing. If several of you are moving on the same day we can collect from one address and drop at several, or the other way round, and you split one booking between you instead of paying for separate jobs.
As far ahead as you can manage. The weeks either side of term are the busiest of the year because every student in the city is moving at once, and the good slots on those weekends go first.
